Credit Card Payments
We can process orders via telephone
Please call 0161 839 0399 with your credit card and order details, alternatively email us with your order and telephone number and we will call you at a convenient time.
Alternatively you can order by email then collect your garment(s) at either Manchester Fashion Market, Tib Street (Saturday) or our shop in Afflecks
Delivery
Orders uare sent by first class recorded delivery (UK) or International Signed For (Overseas). We aim to despatch each order within 3 working days of purchase. However as some garments are hand printed to order on occasions this time may increase. We will always keep you informed as to when the garment has been printed and despatched. Once despatched by Me&Yu we would normally expect the following delivery times UK - 2/3 days, however we have no control over these times and they may increase during busy periods.
Special Delivery does not mean the item will be received next day, as we cannot always send orders straight away - special delivery means the item will be received the day after it is sent.
Returns
Me&Yu offer a 7 day refund policy for online sales in accordance with trading standards guidelines.Items can be retuned by post (at your expense) or in person at Afflecks.

Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on, washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is oyur responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a service that insures the value of the product.
Sale/Vintage Products
We aim to describe every item in full detail and with vintage and sale items we will photograph where possible any blemishes or marks. If you feel we have not described the items correctly please inform us, we cannot however offer refunds or exchanges on correctly described sale or vintage items. |
