Me&Yu offer a 7 day refund policy for online sales in accordance with trading standards guidelines.
Items can be retuned by post (at your expense) or in person at Afflecks.

Any products returned to us that have been stained by make-up, deodorant or perfume whilst being tried on, washed, or have been damaged by you on receipt cannot be refunded. The product is oyur responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you use a service that insures the value of the product.

Sale/Vintage Products
We aim to describe every item in full detail and with vintage and sale items we will photograph where possible any blemishes or marks. If you feel we have not described the items correctly please inform us, we cannot however offer refunds or exchanges on correctly described sale or vintage items.
